Introduction
The ABC Plastic Industries has been established in 1991 with
around 4-5 machineries and the employees around 15-20, at present the company
has been develop with 35 machinery with 450-500 employee force, during this
period the management changes has been impact more in the company. The Change management
is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support people to effectively
receive change in order to drive company success (Prosci, 2018).
Literature
In any case, it is really the employees
of th organization who have to be eventually alter how they do their jobs. In
case these people are unsuccessful in their personal moves, in case they don’t embrace
and learn a better approach of working, the activity will fail. In the event that
workers embrace and adopt changes required by the activity, it'll convey the expected
results (Prosci, 2018). However the ABCPI
company most of the employees change and adopt to the management changes, at
the same few of the employees could not come up with new changes and they left the
company.
In this competitive market the
company such ABCPI has to do the changes often, were the plastic manufacturing companies
has been increased in the country with the new technology and innovations, so
the changes must.
“While all changes are
unique and all individuals are unique, decades of research shows there are
actions we can take to influence people in their individual transitions. Change
management provides a structured approach for supporting the individuals in
your organization to move from their own current states to their own future
states” (Sherrei, 2019).
There are three main change process has to be considered
while management change(sherrei 2019).

But in lewins module involving three steps , Unfreezing,
changing and refreezing, (LMU)
the method of change involves making the perceptions
that a change is required, at that point moving towards the new, desired level
of behavior and at last, setting that new behavior as the norm (James, 2017)

Change management can happen in any part of the organisation process change to to overall business change becouse of internal and external factors. Change is unstoppable. As hr leaders. Should proactively react to change and prepare employees to face the change . This will support for smooth change process

The change in question could range from a simple process change, to major changes in policy or strategy needed if the organization is to achieve its potential which you have explained about your company.
Foremost need is psychological change, organisation can always explain the benefits and the conveniency after the change to let the workforce mentally accept the changes, then the organisation can move forward with the changes needed.
