Introduction

The ABC Plastic Industries has been established in 1991 with around 4-5 machineries and the employees around 15-20, at present the company has been develop with 35 machinery with 450-500 employee force, during this period the management changes has been impact more in the company. The Change management is the discipline that guides how we prepare, equip and support people to effectively receive change in order to drive company success (Prosci, 2018).

Literature

In any case, it is really the employees of th organization who have to be eventually alter how they do their jobs. In case these people are unsuccessful in their personal moves, in case they don’t embrace and learn a better approach of working, the activity will fail. In the event that workers embrace and adopt changes required by the activity, it'll convey the expected results (Prosci, 2018). However the ABCPI company most of the employees change and adopt to the management changes, at the same few of the employees could not come up with new changes and they left the company.
In this competitive market the company such ABCPI has to do the changes often, were the plastic manufacturing companies has been increased in the country with the new technology and innovations, so the changes must.
While all changes are unique and all individuals are unique, decades of research shows there are actions we can take to influence people in their individual transitions. Change management provides a structured approach for supporting the individuals in your organization to move from their own current states to their own future states (Sherrei, 2019).

There are three main change process has to be considered while management change(sherrei 2019).
          Strategic direction
          Problems associated with change
          Resistance to change

But in lewins module involving three steps , Unfreezing, changing and refreezing, (LMU)
the method of change involves making the perceptions that a change is required, at that point moving towards the new, desired level of behavior and at last, setting that new behavior as the norm (James, 2017)

Ethical Issues in HR


Introduction

The most of the organization having more issues and problems, but the ethical issues is the most difficult one to handle and deal with employees, there are additional effort to be taken by HR manager to handle the ethical issues (Sinha, 2017). The company like ABC Plastic Industries facing the most ethical issues, were as the company had different religion, and different category employees, and working in the production areas employees safety is the most important.

Literature

HR managers are likely to face maximum ethical problems in the areas of hiring of employees.  Pressure to hire a friend or relative of a highly placed executive or Faked credentials submitted by a job applicant or Discovery that an employee who has been with the organization for some time, is skilled and has established a successful record, had lied about his educational credentials (Sinha, 2017)

Most of the company established “Code of ethics” that sets company expectation regarding the ethical issues, mostly the HR manager must ensure the anti-discrimination and harassment law. And also the HRM highly involved in the employee relation including hiring, firing, compensation ,befits and leaves, the company like ABCPI the HRM role is highly involved in the employees ethical issues were as the manpower approximately 450-500 with different religious employees working together, and also the safety is an main issues in ABCPI were as the most of the employees are dealing with machineries, the HR dept. has to  create potential situation.

Conclusion

The HRM strive to hire employees who fit in with company culture, they must also keep an eye on diversity and equal opportunity as well (Scott, 2017)
