Recruitment has become important process within the highly competitive labor market. The conventional strategies of recruitment had been revolutionized by the rise of the Web. E-Recruitment is the most recent trend within the recruitment process and it has been adopted in most of the organizations from large to small measured companies. Many companies utilize e-Recruitrnent to post jobs and accept resumes on the Web, and compare with the candidates by-mail.
The utilization of IT picks up in significance within the context of recruiting. A few numbers should be given to point out the affect of IT on recruiting: most of the large companies posted around 86% of their job postings at their career site and 60% at online work exchanges, as it were 27% posted their job advertisements in print media, the significance of online channels (career location and online work trade) has expanded whereas print media and the Government Business Office (FEO) have misplaced in significance.
