The purpose of e-recruitrnent is to make the processes involved more efficient and effective, as well as less expensive. Online recruitment can reach a larger pool of potential employees and facilitate the selection process.

Recruitment has become important process within the highly competitive labor market. The conventional strategies of recruitment had been revolutionized by the rise of the Web. E-Recruitment is the most recent trend within the recruitment process and it has been adopted in most of the organizations from large to small measured companies. Many companies utilize e-Recruitrnent to post jobs and accept resumes on the Web, and compare with the candidates by-mail.

The utilization of IT picks up in significance within the context of recruiting. HR is the key to the Organisation Success


Introduction

The author prefer to talk about the importance and the significant of the human resource management for the organization success, as of the author experience would like to share some knowledge and information with colleague, and also to discuss the basic concept of HRM and how it going to help for the organization success.

Human resource management is permanency include the Figure structures designed after manage human beings in an organization, the HRM history begun in 1900, what began with specifically function of the larger corporations along with payroll then employee records, into the late 1990s due to the globalization and competition the HR department grow to be greater challenge with cost, planning, and the implication of a number of HR strategies for the company and for the employees. Human resource management  involved with issues related to remuneration, performance, management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training, and others. HRM play a vital part in managing the people , the work  culture and environments. HR people are were directly and indirectly  contribute to the organization goal, HR is the only capable resource to control and utilized the other resources towards the organization development, this is the reason most of the companies recruits the effective and efficient HR manager, and positioning him in the top level management. (unknown, 2017)
There are effective utilization of human resource (HR) should done by Human resource management (HRM), it can be motivate them and change their attitude toward the organization to work,  HRM can change the negative attitude towards to the positive attitude

An organization must manage four type of assets to be successful

  1. Physical
  2. Interllectual Property
  3. Financial
  4. Human

Human assets include the individual with the capability, experience, professional specialist and talent. every of the assets are important according to varying ranges of different firms. But the human assets are the glue that holds every the other components together after achieve the organisation goal. In a organization the productivity, customer care or quality efforts can considerably have an effect on the organization effectiveness, building them key areas that HR can emphasize when developing employees as core competencies


In conclusion, the object of HRM needs to be integrated together with the common method to ensure effective use of people then grant higher returns to the organizations in terms of ROI (Return of Investment) because every rupee or dollar spent over them. Unless the HRM work is designed within it way, the companies stand to lose out of not utilizing people fully. And that does no longer bode properly for the success over the organization. (James, 2017)
