Introduction
The most of the organization having more issues and
problems, but the ethical issues is the most difficult one to handle and deal
with employees, there are additional effort to be taken by HR manager to handle
the ethical issues (Sinha, 2017). The company like
ABC Plastic Industries facing the most ethical issues, were as the company had
different religion, and different category employees, and working in the
production areas employees safety is the most important.
Literature
HR managers are likely to face
maximum ethical problems in the areas of hiring of employees. Pressure to hire a friend or relative of a
highly placed executive or Faked credentials submitted by a job applicant or Discovery
that an employee who has been with the organization for some time, is skilled
and has established a successful record, had lied about his educational
credentials (Sinha, 2017)

Most of the company established “Code
of ethics” that sets company expectation regarding the ethical issues, mostly
the HR manager must ensure the anti-discrimination and harassment law. And also
the HRM highly involved in the employee relation including hiring, firing, compensation
,befits and leaves, the company like ABCPI the HRM role is highly involved in
the employees ethical issues were as the manpower approximately 450-500 with
different religious employees working together, and also the safety is an main
issues in ABCPI were as the most of the employees are dealing with machineries,
the HR dept. has to create potential situation.
Conclusion
The HRM strive to hire employees who
fit in with company culture, they must also keep an eye on diversity and equal opportunity
as well (Scott, 2017)
