Learning and Development Strategy


Introduction

The organizations management has to ensure that the learning and development strategy articulates the workforce capabilities, skills required and how this can be develop to remain a successful organization, the company like ABc Plastic Industries has been employed with 450 employee with special training and skill to operate the injection and blow molding machineries, the management should implement a proper learning and development strategy for the ABCPI sustainable success.

Literature

If the employee knows what to do and how to operate the particular machines, how to utilized the efficiency of the machinery are trained properly their productivity will be increase (Russ, 2016), these kind of training must important to the ABCPI.
The training in health and safety will reduce the amount of work based injuries which occur, it will be protecting the employee and the company from the possible litigation (Russ, 2016), the ABCPI having major and minor injuries during the manufacturing process while operating the machineries, so the proper training in health and safety will be reduce the injuries.
The learning will give a great understanding of their responsibilities within their role, and they can build their confidence more,  the overall more confidence will lead the organization performance and sustainable success (unknown, 2019)
The most of the time employee satisfaction do not depend on monetary compensation, most of the employee getting greater befit by learning new knowledge and upgrade their skills and technical knowledge. (James, 2017)

Conclusion

The ABCPI having more employee turnover every 6 month, the recruitment cost is more according to the research if the company given proper learning on regards to the job of the employees hope employee turnover will be reduces. The ABCPI organization should implement proper learning and development strategy to the employees, to meet the organization goal.
