conclusion, the object of HRM needs to be integrated together with the common
method to ensure effective use of people then grant higher returns to
the organizations in terms of ROI
(Return of Investment) because every rupee or dollar spent over them. Unless the HRM work is designed within it way, the companies
stand to lose out of not utilizing people fully. And that does no longer bode properly for
